Most common issues with double glazed glass is when condensation is trapped between the two panes. This is usually down to manufacturing faults. Whether you would prefer to face-lift the home and renovate or fix the problem all it takes is replacing the glass itself and using glass packers to prevent any further issues.

Misty glass is usually when condensation is trapped between the panes. Over time and over the seasons whether it be from manufacturing faults or an incorrect installation of the window itself you will usually see droplets of water; perhaps even some form of dirt trapped at the bottom of the unit. This is a tell-tale sign the unit has failed and is in need of replacement.

Shattered glass and tempered glass usually display the characteristics of shattering. Unlike regular glass which shards off; tempered and shattered glass tend to interlock together and not fall unless provoked. Extra safety precautions are taken to make sure that no remnants of glass remain in the area and replaced with the intent to prevent it from happening again.

Laminated glass, usually seen in offices, usually won't break down. In the unlikely case they shatter or are in need of replacement our specialists will be able to handle the situation with such units usually being larger than per-usual.
